<p><b>Who are we?</b><br>
The Dispute Resolution Center of Yakima and Kittitas Counties has been helping people resolve conflicts since 1984. Eighty percent of the people voluntarily using our services reach a settlement.</p>
<p><b>What is the DRC?</b><br>
We are a non-profit agency that works closely with the courts, law enforcement, public and private agencies, and people experiencing conflict. The Washington State Legislature approved the DRC concept in 1984.</p>
<p><b>What does the DRC offer?</b><br>
We offer residents who are involved in disputes an alternative to going to court. Our services include mediation, meeting facilitation, phone conciliation, and conflict resolution and negotiation training.</p>
