The Dispute Resolution Center of Yakima and Kittitas Counties has been helping people resolve conflicts since 1994. Eighty percent of the people voluntarily using our services reach a settlement.

We are a non-profit agency that works closely with the courts, law enforcement, public and private agencies, and people experiencing conflict. The Washington State Legislature approved the DRC concept in 1984.

Yes! We can help you solve a dispute over the phone, in person, at your workplace, or in your neighborhood. We can teach you, your school, your work team or your organization how to avoid getting into conflicts, as well. Our services include mediation, meeting facilitation, phone conciliation, and conflict resolution and negotiation training.
